At MICCO, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All purchases made through MICCO are final.
We do not offer refunds except in cases explicitly stated in this policy.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. MICCO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Discounted, promotional, or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.


Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Style, color, or size dissatisfaction

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully and contact us prior to placing an order.


Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.
