Domestic Shipping
Orders within Thailand will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Messenger delivery within Bangkok is available on weekdays for an additional fee.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and cannot be calculated or collected in advance.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the shipment being returned. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding original shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
